We build the instruments that make defined parts of a professional conversation inspectable.
Strategies are interpreted in conversations. Commercial relationships develop through them. Risks are raised, challenged or missed in them. Decisions are prepared, negotiated and revised in them. Responsibilities are accepted, or left ambiguous, in them.
Organisations preserve their documents, their transactions and their outcomes. Much of the reasoning that connects those things happens in meetings, interviews, reviews and negotiations that are only partly captured.
This does not mean conversation determines outcomes. Expertise, authority, incentives, resources, structure, timing and external conditions all matter. Conversation is one consequential part of a larger system, and our work makes defined aspects of that part inspectable.
Each contract defines what may be examined in one kind of professional conversation, and what may not.
The lenses come from established research — conversation analysis, principled negotiation, psychological safety, decision and commitment models, argumentation theory.
